The olive plate is a conversation peice to itself. The two cylinders attched to the inside of the plate are for the pits and toothpicks. This olive plate is about 7" in diameter. This wonderfully crafted dish are perfect for for any type of olive, the original tapas.

These ever so pretty plates are hand painted by artisans in Spain. Each plate is painted by hand, naturally dried by the Spanish sun, dipped in glaze, and then fired at extremely hot temperatures. However, few items didn't have the patience to let the glaze cover them fully before being baked, therefore, creating a few pin pricked spots where the glaze didn't fully cover the plate. So, for those who love to look at pieces up close and personal (and we mean very very personal), can notice these minor imperfections.
