Copper is an excellent conductor of heat producing delicious paella. The interior is lined with tin therefore metal utensils cannot be used. This copper pan with brass plated handles adds elegeance when serving paella. Does not require seasoning. The large cooking surface allows the rice to cook evenly maximizing flavor. Can be used on gas, electric, and ceramic burners and is oven safe. Hand wash only. Made in Portugal.
