This paella pan is great for cooking and serving tapas to complete your Spanish table. Enameled Paella Pans are similar to the Polished Steel Pan. The enamel protects the pan from rusting and does not require seasoning. The large cooking surface allows the rice to cook evenly and maximizes flavor. These enameled pans with a brilliant black and white speckle gives a nice rustic feel when serving paella. Can be used over a grill or over all gas burners on he stovetop. Hand wash recommended.
