The nonstick interior protects the pan from rusting and does not require seasoning. The large cooking surface allows the rice to cook evenly and maximizes flavor. The nonstick provides an easy clean up. Can be used over a grill or over all gas burners on he stovetop. Hand wash recommended. Made in Spain
