Used for a small individual serving size or perfect for tapas. The Polished Steel, made form carbon steel, is the most popular type of paella pan used for making paella. When using this type of paella pan, it produces an excellent socarrat, a caramelized delicacy. If the Polished Steel is seasoned well and properly cared, it can last a lifetime. For best paella results, the Polished Steel Paella Pan should be used over a gas range. Not recommended for any other types of cooking ranges. Made in Spain
