On a Spanish Mediterranean table, olive arrive unpitted locking in delicous flavors, but pits are normally inedible and so the olive plate with a pit holder was a simple solution. Myson's olive plate not only have a pit holder but another holder for toothpicks. This plate will always steal the show at any table setting. Inhabited originally by Gaelic and Celtic tribes, Galicia is a unique region in Spain.
