A Brief History... This year Myson is celebrating our 25th anniversary year. Myson started in 1982 as a distribution company selling closeouts and overstocks. For over the past 10 years it has evolved into a growing housewares distribution company. In 2000, Kitchen Companions™ was created to build a brand name encompassing all or our houseware product lines. In late 2003, we noticed a growing trend of tapas bars in all of the major cities in the US. The pursuit of the tapas trend led us to carrying a large variety of Spanish made culinary products. We truly believe that sometimes products are just made better by the people whose life is a part of it. For example, the paella pan has been a part of the Valencian culinary heritage for centuries. They know and understand the best way to make paella, so what better place to obtain paella pans than from Valencia? With understanding the culinary heritage, we can then understand the product. This allows Myson to introduce the culinary products that are truly authentic. Therefore we thank all of our customers and our staff for their continued support and allowing us our 25th Anniversary!
